On Friday, April 7 at around 4 p.m., a Seaford woman was trying to access Amazon Prime on her television when an error message popped up on the screen, according to Nassau County police. The message read that the woman’s Amazon Prime account had been locked, and instructed her to call 1-848-246-1786. Man Accused Of Using Debit Card Stolen At Jones Beach At 3 CVS Stores Police are asking for help in identifying a man suspected of stealing a woman’s debit card from her car on Long Island and then going on a shopping spree. The theft occurred sometime at Jones Beach State Park sometime over the summer of 2022, according to New York State Police. Investigators said the suspect got into the victim’s 2005 Nissan Altima before taking several items, including her Capital One debit card. According to the Suffolk County Police Department, Mastic resident Dominic Scotto, age 31, entered Chase Bank on Grand Boulevard in Deer Park at approximately 4:50 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 13, handing a teller a note demanding cash.
