Long Island Man Convicted Of Trafficking Narcotics A Long Island man will spend at least a decade behind bars after he was found guilty of distributing crack-cocaine following a two-week trial. Baldwin resident Rafael Antonio Fabian, 43, was found guilty for conspiring to distribute and possess with intent to distribute narcotics, specifically crack cocaine in Brooklyn, U.S. Attorney Richard Donoghue said.
