Police received a report of a sedan traveling east in the westbound lanes of Nesconset Highway in Hauppauge at 3:10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 10, the Suffolk County Police Department reported. ID Released For Long Island Woman Killed In Crash A Long Island woman who died a day after a two-vehicle crash in Fairfield County has been identified by police. Suffolk County resident Lauren Orlando, age 38, of East Islip, died on Sunday, Jan. 23, following a crash in Stamford with another vehicle, said Sgt. Jeffrey Booth, of the Stamford Police Department.
