Fatal Crash: 37-Year-Old Woman Strikes Concrete Parking Lot Wall In East Garden City Police are investigating after a woman was killed in an overnight Long Island crash. It happened around 12:10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 27 in East Garden City. A 2016 Nissan Rogue operated by a 37-year-old woman was traveling eastbound on Stewart Avenue when it struck a concrete parking lot wall near the intersection of Selfridge Avenue, according to Nassau County Police. A Nassau County PD ambulance transported the victim to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead  by a hospital physician shortly after arrival.  Her identity has not yet been released. One Seriously Injured In Chain-Reaction Crash Near LI Intersection Police are investigating a chain-reaction crash near a busy Long Island intersection that left a local man seriously injured. It happened just before 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 19 in Commack. A woman was driving a 2017 Buick Regal westbound on Veterans Memorial Highway when she attempted to make a right turn onto Jericho Turnpike, Suffolk County Police said.  The Buick struck a 2016 Nissan Rogue traveling eastbound on Jericho Turnpike, approximately 50 feet west of Ruth Boulevard.  The Rogue, driven by a 25-year-old Brentwood man, flipped on its side and slid into the rear of a 20…
