Checking in at No. 38 on the list is East Hills, a North Shore village that is part of the greater Roslyn area in Nassau County. East Hills has an average household income of $273, 306.

Atherton, California, a San Francisco suburb located in San Mateo County, ranked No. 1 for the fourth year in a row with an annual household income of $525,324.
