$400M Mixed-Use Project Planned For Macy's Parking Lot In Manhasset

The department store will remain but Macy's in Manhasset parking lot is in for a major overhaul, Long Island Business News reported.

New York City-based Brookfield Properties presented its development idea of 16 of the 28 acres on the site to the Greater Council of Manhasset Civic Association, said the article.

The proposal is for a $400 million mixed-use project to include rental apartments, office space, retail space, and a hotel, according to Long Island Business News.
