Seen him? New York State Police investigators in Tarrytown have issued an alert as they try to locate a wanted man who was arrested for allegedly driving while under the influence of drugs. Aidan Kelly, 38, is wanted on a bench warrant following his arrest in August 2006 for driving while ability impaired by drugs on the New York State Thruway when he was involved in a crash. New York State Police investigators are seeking the public’s assistance as search for a man who's been wanted for more than a decade after failing to appear in court for a DWAI charge. An alert was issued this week by state police in Tarrytown regarding Aidan Kelly, 37, who is wanted on a bench warrant for driving while ability impaired by drugs following an incident dating back to 2006 on the New York State Thruway.
