Northbound lanes reopened at 5:15 p.m. with at least two southbound lanes expected to reopen in the early evening. The Monsey Fire Department, Tallman Fire Department, and Hillcrest Fire Company are all on hand on Calvert Drive in Monsey at the scene of the blaze. Standing by at the scene is the Ramapo Valley Ambulance Corp.
