Monica Lewinsky To Take On Bullying In Speech At Westport Art Center
WESTPORT, Conn. -- Monica Lewinsky, who was embroiled a presidential scandal nearly two decades ago, will speak next week in Westport on topics she now fights: public shaming. Lewinsky, a former White House intern turned social activist and public speaker, will be the keynote speaker Thursday, Oct. 6, in conjunction with the Westport Arts Center's "More Than Words" exhibition featuring pieces of art that portray bullying and cyberbullying.

Curtis Roosevelt, President Franklin D. Roosevelt's grandson who worked to ensure his grandmother's legacy through the Eleanor Roosevelt National Historic Site in Hyde Park, died Sept. 26 in France of an apparent heart attack. He was 86.Born Curtis Roosevelt Dall in Manhattan on April 19, 1930, he was the son of Curtis Bean Dall and Anna, the only daughter of Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt.
