Man Indicted For Christmas Day Shooting Of Mother, Father In NY Mansion A man who allegedly shot his mother and father in their Long Island mansion on Christmas Day in a dispute over his child has been arraigned on attempted murder charges. Nassau County District Attorney Anne T. Donnelly announced Dino Tomassetti, age 30, of Brooklyn, was arraigned Monday, Feb. 7, on two counts of attempted murder and two counts of assault, among other charges. Tomassetti pleaded not guilty and was remanded to jail. He is due back in court on Tuesday, Feb. 23. Details Emerge After Construction Magnate, Wife Allegedly Shot By Son At Long Island Mansion New details have emerged after the son of a Long Island construction magnate and his wife has been arrested after allegedly shooting the couple inside their 8,751-square foot, $3.2-million Long Island mansion on Christmas Day.
