BMW Driver Indicted For Drunk Driving Crash That Man, 22, In Westchester A criminal defense attorney is facing a host of charges for allegedly driving drunk in Northern Westchester and crashing head-on into a vehicle on Route 172, killing a 22-year-old man, the District Attorney’s Office announced. Bedford resident Robert C.
