Man Accused Of Stealing $1.7K After Breaking Into Car In Westchester A 34-year-old man is facing charges after police say he broke into a car in Northern Westchester and stole approximately $1,700. Yorktown Police responded to the parking lot of 3535 Hill Boulevard in Yorktown on Tuesday, March 12 to investigate a broken car window and an incidence of theft. Further investigation by Yorktown Police Department Detectives led to the identification and arrest of a suspect, Juan Moreno of Flushing, on Monday, March 25 around 6 p.m. Moreno allegedly followed the victim from a nearby bank and broke a window to enter his vehicle when the victim entered a building.…
