Police: Man, 19, Provided Alcohol, Sexually Abused Child In Hudson Valley
A 19-year-old is behind bars after being charged by state police with providing alcohol to a child he sexually abused. State Police from the Rhinebeck barracks received a complaint on May 17 of possible sexual abuse in the town of Hyde Park. Investigation revealed that Jason A. Rugar of Hyde Park sexually abused a child less than 14 years of age and provided the victim with an alcoholic beverage, according to state police.
