The 140-foot tower will be built in the town of Cortlandt at a property located at 52 Montrose Station Rd., according to the town's Planning Board. Richard Gere has angered some of his fellow Northern Westchester residents after offering land on his Bedford property for the construction of a new cell tower, according to the New York Post.
