Derik McCoy, 26, of Norwalk and Jermaine Smalls, 26, of Bridgeport were each charged with criminal possession of a firearm, weapon in a motor vehicle, carrying a pistol without a permit and conspiracy. A family received a letter in the mail from the "Bono Lotto" indicating that the recipient has won $4.5 million. The letter directs the recipient to call a phone number to claim their prize.
