Several highways in the region are set to undergo major facelifts thanks to millions of dollars in new state funding. A 19-year-old man from the region is facing charges after allegedly sexually abusing a young girl. Warren County resident Leon Carney, of Warrensburg, was arrested Thursday, June 8 following an investigation by the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office. According to investigators, Carney was found to have had sexual contact with a 12-year-old girl in the village of Victory Mills in May 2023.
