Calls began flooding into 911 at around 11:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 27, with reports of a shooting in Troy, near 6th Avenue and 103rd Street. Albany resident Shimair Perrin, age 29, pleaded guilty to second-degree manslaughter Monday, June 27, in the fatal shooting of Lamon Lanier.
