Gas Explosion In Region Injures 2 Tradesmen Setting Up For Thanksgiving Gathering What began as preparations for a festive holiday gathering for several tradesmen in the Capital Region ended with two men hospitalized for burns following a suspected gas explosion. Emergency crews in Warren County were called at around 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 23, with reports of an explosion in Glens Falls at the UA Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 773 building, located near Luzerne and Veterans roads.
