The Albany area is among the US housing markets that are most likely to see home prices decline as the COVID-19 pandemic housing boom comes to an end, Fortune Magazine reports. Analysts told the outlet that US home prices are now priced ahead of what incomes can support, with the overvaluation varying greatly by market.
