There are residual delays on a stretch of northbound I-684 late Friday afternoon following a crash that initially blocked two lanes just as the evening commute is getting started. The crash occurred at Route 22/138 in Goldens Bridge and took out the right lane at 3:45 p.m. after both the right and center lanes had been blocked before the center lane reopened.
