Westchester Massage Parlor Shuts Down Shortly After Reopening An employee at a controversial Hartsdale spa is facing a charge claiming that she was operating her business without a proper license. Members of the Greenburgh Street Crime Unit and Drug and Alcohol Task Force completed an investigation this week that led to the arrest of Xiaonu Jin, 54, who was charged with unauthorized practice of a profession while operating Forest Yin Spa on Central Park Avenue.
