Milling Begins In Preparation For Paving On Route 136 In Easton EASTON, Conn. – The state Department of Transportation announced that milling along Route 136 in Easton has begun, with plans to finish on Friday. The goal is to mill on Route 136 to roughly a quarter-mile south of Route 25, just short of four miles in total.
