Neither the driver nor a passenger was injured in the 6:30 a.m. crash, police said.Officers issued the driver summonses, they said. Firefighters cleaned up a fuel spill.

The department still has doses of the seasonal influenza vaccine and has opened the vaccination program to all residents three years of age and older.
