On Sunday, Dec. 3, at approximately 6:20 p.m., the Hackettstown police responded to a residence on the 100 block of Willow Grove Street for a welfare check.  The woman told police she was not feeling well. A total of 18 of the devices were snatched from delivery trucks parked on Willow Grove Street between 8:30 p.m. Saturday and 10:15 a.m. Sunday, Hackettstown Police said. The monetary value of the parts stolen “is in the thousands of dollars,” according to police.
