Police: Wrong-Way Driver Charged With DWI In Hackettstown A 24-year-old woman was under the influence when police pulled her over for driving the wrong way in Hackettstown, authorities said. Brianna Devlin, 24, of Wharton swerved into the wrong lane when making a right turn from West Moore Street onto Washington Street Sunday around 2 a.m., Hackettstown police said.
