Phillipsburg Man Arrested For Ghost Gun, High-Capacity Magazine: Prosecutor An 18-year-old from Phillipsburg was arrested after authorities carrying out a search warrant allegedly found a ghost gun and a high-capacity magazine. Jeffrey S.
