Tayte Belstra was born with partial agenesis of corpus callosum — a partial or complete absence of an area of the brain that connects its two cerebral hemispheres. Officers met with Tayte Monday at the Troop B Hope Station, where the child was able to talk with troopers, meet the Colonel and get behind the wheel of a troop car.
