Police ID Dump Truck Driver Killed In Fiery Route 78 Crash State Police have released the identity of the dump truck driver killed in a fiery crash with a tractor-trailer and a pickup truck on Tuesday afternoon, March 28. Kevin A. Cougle, 54, of Rockaway, was killed in the crash, NJSP Trooper Charles Marchan confirmed Wednesday, March 29.
