Meet Warren County's Next Acting Prosecutor, Former Superior Court Judge James Pfeiffer Warren County law enforcement will soon have a new acting prosecutor: Former Superior Court Judge James Pfeiffer. The Lehigh Valley attorney will assume the role Nov. 1.
