That's all thanks to her proud mom, Kendra Busbee, who rented the billboard for $1,250 after her 30-year-old daughter received her doctorate in psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine on July 29. The 30-year-old runner who died at the finish line of the Brooklyn Half Marathon this weekend was an impactful psychologist who started his own firm. David Reichman was taken to Coney Island Hospital where he was pronounced dead, after collapsing around 9 a.m. upon the 13.1 mile race.
