Arrest Made In Morris County Hit-And-Run Crash That Hospitalized 3 Cyclists Police have identified and arrested a suspect in the Morris County hit-and-run crash that sent three bicyclists to the hospital in April. The trio of cyclists were struck near Powerville Road and Meadowbrook Road in Boonton Township on April 8, authorities said. Each was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. Ramon Rios, 76, was identified as the suspect following an investigation by the department’s detective bureau, township police said Thursday.
