It happened around 4:35 a.m., Washington Township Police Chief Christopher M. Jones said. A 46-year-old Belvidere man was driving a Nissan Rouge next to a 25-year-old Hackettstown man driving a tractor-trailer southbound on Route 31 in Oxford Township when the tractor-trailer “lost control, slid and pushed the Nissan off the road,” Jones said. Man, 80, Airlifted With Serious Injuries Following Warren County Crash An 80-year-old Belvidere man was airlifted with serious injuries following a Thursday morning crash in Warren County, authorities said. The man was driving a 1998 Nissan east bound on Jensen Drive in Oxford and failed to yield to a 2011 Toyota traveling north on Mt. Pisgah Avenue, causing a collision just before 11:50 a.m., Washington Township police said. The man was airlifted via Atlantic Air 1 to Morristown Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries, police said.
