Califon Firefighter Bryan Pascale Obituary
Bryan Pascale, a Tewksbury Township resident and firefighter in Califon died on Monday April 15 at the Hunterdon Medical Center in Raritan Township, four days after celebrating his 45th birthday, according to his obituary. Born in Plainfield, Pascale was a lifelong Hunterdon County resident, living in Washington and later Glen Gardner, where he graduated from Voorhees High School in 1997, his obituary reads. He spent the last nine years in Tewksbury and was vice president of his family's business, Central Sheet Metal Fabricators in Middlesex, according to his obituary. Well before …

Tractor Trailer Erupts In Flames On Route 78
Firefighters extinguished a truck fire on Route 78 on the evening of Tuesday, March 5, that made the sky look orange, authorities said. At 10:39 p.m. the Whitehouse Fire Company and Oldwick Fire Company responded to Route 78 eastbound by exit 78 for a tractor trailer fire, the Whitehouse Fire Company said on Facebook. Whitehouse Fire Company Firefighters used multiple lines to attack the blaze and were able to declare the fire under control before midnight, firefighters said.

Firefighters made quick work of an attic that went up in flames in Hunterdon County over the weekend. The Lebanon Township Fire Department responded to the blaze at a home on Silker Road around 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 24, the squad said. Fire crews jumped to action to knock down a three-alarm blaze at a Hunterdon County home. The fire broke out early Sunday morning at a home in East Whitehouse, according to a Facebook post from the Oldwick Fire Company. Upon arrival, firefighters discovered smoke coming from the back of the home and stretched multiple lines to the basement, authorities said. Two dozen fire units worked on the blaze for more than seven hours before clearing the scene, authorities said. Authorities ID Man Who Died In Hunterdon County Apartment Fire
Authorities have identified Sunday's victim of a Hunterdon County fire at a housing complex for disabled residents. Thomas A. Mahoney, 62, was found with serious burns inside his apartment at The Meadows at Oldwick, around 6:40 a.m., Acting Hunterdon County Prosecutor Michael J.
