Raphael M. Caetano, 24, crashed into the back of another car on Route 22 near the Phillipsburg Mall around 8:40 p.m. on Feb. 22, Lopatcong Township Police said. Caetano, of Harrison, subsequently failed a series of field sobriety tests and was taken into custody, where he was evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert and determined to be under the influence of depressants, police said. Police: Lopatcong Teen Charged With DWI An 18-year-old Lopatcong man faces DWI charges after he was found intoxicated in a suspicious vehicle, authorities said. Lopatcong Township Police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of Lopatcong Park shortly after 10 p.m. on Thursday, the department said in a release. The driver, identified as Ryan Miller, 18, of Lopatcong, told police that he had just pulled into the parking lot when the officers arrived, authorities said.
