Hunterdon County Restaurant Sold To Newark Owner After 6 Years A renowned Hunterdon County chef has sold his restaurant to the owner of two Newark eateries after six years. Chef Josh DeChellis’ Juniper Hill Restaurant & Bar on Beaver Avenue in Annandale has been sold to Tony Martinez, according to a Thursday, May 25 post on the eatery’s social media pages. Martinez is the owner of Mompou Tapas Bar & Lounge and Spanish Tavern, both in Newark.
