VA Man Found Dead In Tractor Trailer Along I-78 In PA A 67-year-old Virginia man was found dead inside of his tractor trailer in Pennsylvania Friday, March 1, the county coroner said. Larry H. Harris Jr.'s trailer was found parked and secured near the Exit 45 off ramp on the westbound side of I-78, in Weisenberg Township, Lehigh County around 11 a.m., Lehigh County Coroner Daniel Buglio said. An autopsy will be performed on Monday, March 4, 2024 to determine the cause of death, which was not considered suspicious, Buglio said. The Pennsylvania State Police, Fogelsville station is also investigating.

The crash occurred on the westbound side near mile maker 47.6 in Upper Macungie Township around 1:30 p.m., according to the PennDOT website. A male was pronounced dead at the scene, Lehigh County Coroner Daniel Buglio said. All westbound lanes were closed as traffic was redirected. Pennsylvania State Police were investigating.
