Cold CASE: Warren County Mom Found Dead In Pennsylvania Cornfield Decades after she was found dead in a Lehigh Valley cornfield, state troopers continue their search for Caralee LaLaine Pensyl's killer.  The 20-year-old's remains were discovered unclothed and decomposed about a quarter-mile south of Hecktown Road in Lower Nazareth on Dec. 12, 1987, according to state police.  Authorities say that she was murdered, but no official cause of death seems to appear in the public record. Prosecutor: Former Warren County Municipal Tax Collector, 50, Stole Payments Totaling $824K A Warren County woman admitted stealing more than $800,000 in payments while working as a municipal tax collector for three townships, authorities said. Rachellyn Mosher, 50, misappropriated a total of $824,000 from taxpayers in White, Harmony and Lopatcong Township between 2013 and 2018, Prosecutor James L. Pfeiffer said in a joint release. Mosher, of Lopatcong, pleaded guilty to official misconduct in Hunterdon County Superior Court Wednesday, Pfeiffer said. Phillipsburg Man Gets Decade In Prison For Pair Of Armed Robberies A 29-year-old Phillipsburg man was sentenced to a decade in prison for two armed robberies, authorities said. Brett M. Johnson was arrested June 7, after an investigation confirmed his involvement in the Bloomsbury Borough and Harmony Township incidents,  Hunterdon County Acting Prosecutor Michael J. Williams said. Johnson pled guilty to two armed robbery charges in October.  He was indicted by a Hunterdon County Grand Jury, and sentenced on Dec. 13 by State Superior Court Judge Angela F. Borkowski to 10 years in state prison.
