Lavallette Man Indicted In Death Of 80-Year-Old Warren Pedestrian
A local driver was under the influence of a combination of drugs -- including fentanyl and cocaine -- when his vehicle struck and killed an 80-year-old pedestrian in Lavallette last fall, authorities said. An indictment returned by a grand jury in Toms River charges Brian Kosanke, 39, with vehicular homicide, among other counts, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said Thursday.
