Seen HIM? Phillipsburg Police Seek Man Who Robbed Pizza Delivery Woman At Gunpoint Authorities are seeking a man who robbed a pizza delivery woman at gunpoint. The Domino's Pizza driver had just dropped off a pie on the 300 block of Grant Street when a thin, black male holding a hand gun approached her from behind and demanded money around 5:30 p.m. Dec., 1, Phillipsburg police said in a news release. The suspect placed the gun on the side of the delivery woman's head, took cash from her and ran toward Heckman Street, police said.
