The crash occurred on State Highway 29 northbound in Stockton shortly before 6:15 p.m., NJSP Lt. Lawrence Peele told Daily Voice. A Dodge Journey struck a concrete traffic barrier and overturned near County Road 523. The driver was taken to Hunterdon Medical Center for treatment of a leg injury, Peele said. Trapped Pair Rescued, Hospitalized In Hunterdon County Rollover Crash (Photos) A trapped driver and passenger were rescued and taken to a nearby hospital following a Thursday morning rollover crash in Hunterdon County, authorities said. The Kingwood Township Volunteer Fire Company No. 1 responded to the crash just before 9:55 a.m. and confirmed that the vehicle had overturned and trapped the two occupants, the company said. The driver and passenger were quickly extricated from the vehicle, which was on its side, photos from the crash scene show. Driver Hospitalized As Dump Truck Overturns In Hunterdon County A dump truck driver was hospitalized after the vehicle overturned in Hunterdon County, authorities said. The vehicle overturned at the intersection of County Route 579 and Route 523 near the border of Delaware and Raritan Townships the afternoon of Wednesday, Feb. 9, according to the Flemington-Raritan First Aid and Rescue Squad.
