Dynamic Duo Face Additional Charges For Armed Phillipsburg Liquor Store Heist: Prosecutor A pair of Pennsylvania robbers are facing additional charges for an armed heist at a New Jersey liquor store early this month that authorities say is part of a larger armed robbery spree. Duane Yancey, of Harrisburg, went into Free Bridge Wine & Liquors and fired a shot into the ceiling, then ordered the clerk and six customers onto the ground while pointing a gun at them, on Wednesday, Nov. 1 around 6:15 p.m., Warren County Prosecutor James L.
