A Florida man wanted in New Jersey, fleeing from Pennsylvania State Police in Jonestown has caused an "active police incident" on Interstate 81, Trooper Megan Frazer said on Thursday. An ex-con with a lengthy rap sheet had cocaine, oxycodone and a loaded gun within reach of his young child in one of gentrified Hackensack’s newest apartment buildings, authorities said.
