Central Bucks PD: Philly Fugitive Stole Shopper's Wallet A 44-year-old fugitive from Philadelphia has been arrested for stealing a wallet from a shopper in a Bucks County supermarket, authorities said. Djemba A. Goldwire was arrested after a theft at Acme Markets in Doylestown Borough, according to Central Bucks Regional Police Department. According to a police report, Goldwire distracted the victim and stole a wallet from her purse, police said. Police searched the area for Goldwire and found her near Chipolte on North Main Street, they said. Walter Howard Burns, of Doylestown PA, turned himself in on Tuesday related to an incident that took place on Oct. 3 at the Harborview Care & Rehab Center in Doylestown, according to Central Bucks Regional Police Department.  Burns, a certified nurse assistant employed by Harborview at the time of the incident, allegedly had indecent contact with a victim while he slept at 3 a.m. in the patient’s room at the facility, police said.
