It's believed that two men tried to grab him in the cellphone video recorded from a level above the confrontation at the mall in East Rutherford shortly before 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 12. A man is suing the American Dream mall in East Rutherford claiming he broke his leg while riding a waterslide at the DreamWorks Water Park in July 2021. Xavier Velez filed a lawsuit in Superior Court of New Jersey in Bergen County on Wednesday, June 21.
