Route 78 Crash Causes Delays For Clinton Commuters (Developing)

An early morning crash on Route 78 caused a partial highway closure and backed up traffic for Clinton commuters on Tuesday, July 25, developing reports say.

The crash occurred on the eastbound side at exit 18 to Rt. 22 around 7:45 a.m., according to 511NJ:

One of three left lanes were closed, causing delays of up to 15 minutes.

All lanes were reopened around 8:30 a.m., though residual delays were still being reported:
