Man Used Another Person's Identity To Obtain Driver's License: Prosecutors A 47-year-old Newark man was arrested and charged with using another person's identity in order to obtain a driver's license, authorities said. Williams Morocho-Avila was arrested on Monday, May 22 by the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office Public Integrity Special Investigations Unit, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.
