At Spice Bazaar's New Spot In Westfield, The Chefs Will Put On A Show Spice Bazaar, the popular Westfield Indian restaurant, will open at its new location June 10 -- with a twist. Guests at the new site, at 39 Elm St., will see the eatery’s chefs prepare dishes tableside for what owners Simran Bakshi and Kanika Vij-Bakshi will be an “interactive” experience.
