Elizabeth Man Who Raped Minor Captured After 18 Years In Florida: Prosecutor
An Elizabeth man on the lamb for 18 years for sexually assaulting a minor was arrested in Florida on Tuesday, April 9, authorities said. Hellarion Meneses was busted in Kissimmee, Fla. after he sexually assaulted a minor under the age of 13 between 2004 and 2006, Union County Prosecutor William A. Daniel, Elizabeth Police Director Earl Graves, and Elizabeth Police Chief Giacomo Sacca said.
