Essex County Man, 34, Charged With Harassment After String Of Morris County ‘Bias’ Incidents A man from Essex County has been charged with harassment after he made vulgar comments in three separate Morris County “bias instances,” police said. The 34-year-old Orange man is first accused of approaching the owner of a home on North Passaic Avenue in Chatham Borough and asking about a room for rent around 11:50 a.m. on April 26, police said.
