Man Arrested For Groping Underage Girls At Suburban Philly High School Football Game A 69-year-old man was arrested for groping underage girls during a high school football game in the Philadelphia suburbs, authorities said. Pennsylvania State Police responded to the Palisades High School in Nockamixon Township around 8:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct 7, they said. Three Firefighters Hospitalized In Chester Blaze Three firefighters were hospitalized after knocking down a Chester fire, authorities said. The blaze on the 1200 block of Baker Street broke out just after 12 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 9, according to the Chester Bureau of Fire. Two houses were up in flames by the time crews arrived. One of the firefighters became trapped when they partially fell through the first floor, fire officials said. That firefighter was freed by crew members within minutes. Philly Man Wanted For Stabbing Victim Outside Montco Wawa Store: Police A Philadelphia man is wanted by police in Montgomery County for stabbing a victim outside a Wawa store on Saturday, Oct. 8. It all went down around 8:50 a.m. at the store located on the 1300 block of E. Ridge Pike in Plymouth Township, local police said. Ivan Davonte Stephens Jr., 29, stabbed another man multiple times in the arm, back, and chest during an argument in the parking lot, according to police. Pottstown Furniture Store Shutters After 50 Years In Business A furniture store in Montgomery County is set to close its doors after 50 years in business. Lastick Furniture & Floor Coverings on East High Street in Pottstown announced its going-out-of-business sale in a Thursday, Oct. 6 Facebook post. The decision to shutter comes after the 38,000-square-foot store's owners, Jerry and Marsha Petnick, decided to retire, WFMZ reports. Their parents started the business in 1973. The store will stay open until all of the inventory is sold, the owners said.

Man Shot, Killed In Chester: Police A man was shot and killed in Chester on Friday, Oct. 7, authorities said. The unnamed victim was pronounced dead at the scene on the 1400 block of Congress Street around 10:45 p.m., Chester City police said. Further details about the shooting were not immediately known. Jonathan M. Fisherman Discovers Dead Body In Pocono Creek: Police A fisherman discovered the body of a man in Pocono Creek on Friday, Oct. 7, authorities said.
